Author of ‘Total Embrace – fully being human’ Cassandra’s journey has been the quest to lovingly meet every aspect of life, relating with true consciousness. It is a passion that constantly stretches her into new places. As a senior teacher of The Form – Reality Practice and  facilitator of Spritual Human Evolution retreats, her offering is to support woman in every way possible, in finding her evolving edge of self-discovery and expression.

About Katrina:

Katrina has spent the past 25 years in the exploration of what it means to be a woman living an extra- ordinary life as a partner, mother, friend and work colleague.  This journey has taken Katrina through a career as a childbirth educator, transformative friendships, navigating motherhood, participating in and facilitating women’s circles and now involved in a profound evolutionary teaching. Through all these experiences, many aspects of being a woman have been explored and evolved through and that growth is ongoing.  It has always been about a shared journey, but now Katrina’s calling is to co-create with others as women who are learning to embody the feminine principle and express  that in each of our unique flavours and colours. This journey, which might be called ‘spiritual’, is however also  grounded, practical and in integration of masculine and feminine within.  Katrina lives near Christchurch and teaches The Form Reality Practice, Conscious Birthing workshops, childbirth education classes and is currently training to be a Watsu practitioner.
