Wow, this explanation and recap was awesome – i learnt more listening to this and loved the explanation of emotions being energy and that it cant be removed by dissolved and shifted by awareness and acknowledgement. It creates a feeling that our emotions arent who we are as they consume us but are part of us as teachers – to keep us safe and help us create the love within and then out that we are always searching for.

Jealousy… I never have looked at that as thinking negative and sending that energy to someone that has something I perceive to be lucky or fortunate for them… and seeing energy so negatively pulling me away and recognising my own gifts as an individual – such a destructive energy and realization that jealousy thoughts is a definite alarm bell im looking outside of myself for safety and self assurance – all with which will only be found inside!

How the program works
